Steps to Enroll at St. Francis de Sales School

Step 1

Submit the Registration Inquiry Form

Complete and submit one Registration Inquiry Form for each child you plan to enroll. Email the completed form to stfranciseclc@gmail.com.

Step 2

Pay the $150 Enrollment Deposit

Submit a cash or check deposit for each child you plan to enroll. 

Deposits can be dropped off at St. Francis de Sales School, Monday through Friday, from 8:30 am - 2:30 pm, or mailed to 220 Henry Street, Herkimer, NY 13350.

Please make checks payable to St. Francis de Sales School.

Step 3

Complete the FACTS Registration Form

Upon receipt of your Registration Inquiry Form and enrollment deposit, you will be emailed a link to complete an online FACTS Registration Survey.

(FACTS is the financial management system used by St. Francis de Sales School.) 

Step 4

Receive Official Offer of Acceptance from St. Francis de Sales School

Following submission and review of the FACTS Registration Survey, you will receive an email containing your official Offer of Acceptance.

Step 5

Create FACTS Family Portal

Included with your Offer of Acceptance email is a link to create a FACTS Family Portal. 

Step 6

You're Enrolled!

We look forward to you and your child joining the St. Francis de Sales School family.
